100% hand-picked tomato from HETAO plain between 40 degrees and 42 degrees north latitude, gives the freshness and pureness to our fresh tomatoes. HETAO plain is passed through by Yellow River. The irrigation water also comes from Yellow River which PH value is around 8.0.
Besides, the climate of this area is also appropriate for tomato growing.

In this area, the summer is long and winter is short. The enough sunshine, adequate heat, obvious temperature differences between day and night are good for the accumulation of fruit sugar. And the fresh tomatoes are also famous for the high lycopene, high soluble solid content and less disease. It is well known that people believe the lycopene content in Chinese tomato paste is higher than that from European origin. Besides, the fruits are all picked by hand. This method is less effective than machine-picking used in Europe and US, but it ensures the ripeness and pureness of fruits.

In addition, our organic tomato farms are far away from the cities and are located near the hills. This means that there is nearly no pollution and the insects affection to the tomato is much less than other areas. So the farm area is a very good area for the organic tomato growth. We also feed some cows and sheep in our farms with the aim to supply the fertilizer to our farm. We are even thinking to do the demter certificate for our farms. So all these ensure our organic products are qualified products.

The proper climate and environment which are suitable for organic tomato growth means that the location is far away from the cities and the economy in this area is not so developed. So our tomato paste plant is the major tax payer in this area. We have the responsibility for helping the people in this area to change their life. Every year, our plant hires about 60 full time workers to grow the tomato and maintain the farms running. And we hire about 40 more temporary workers during the processing season. This means that we can help at least 100 local people to find jobs and make some salary for their families.
